ERA Deposit Guarantee Plan
Given free to buyers of HDB resale flats or private (wholly) residential properties represented only by ERA Real Estate Specialists, the Plan guarantees buyers the return of their deposit by as much as $5,000. Thus, in the event that the seller is an undischarged bankrupt and is unable to refund the deposit money to the buyer after the purchase is aborted, ERA Singapore Pte Ltd will guarantee the return of the buyer's deposit money which has been paid to the seller, up to a maximum of *$5,000.
